Working as part of the team at the University of Northampton's Business School. The Capable Manager is working with students across disciplines including Business, Management, and Social Enterprise.

In the 2012 Guardian University League Table, the university was ranked first for 'value added' and climbed 31 places.

The Capable Manager - UK Female Entrepreneurship Ambassador.

The UK Female Entrepreneurship Ambassadors (UKFEA) are 50 dynamic enterprising women from all parts of the UK working alongside women and girls to encourage them to consider, start and grow businesses.
UKFEA is part of a wider EU-funded ambassador network. The European Network of Female Entrepreneurship Ambassadors (ENFEA) comprises of 22 European countries. Together, these countries provide a high-level network of 250 role models who act as ambassadors, sharing the message about the benefits of female entrepreneurship across Europe.

This new site has been designed to reflect the clarity and positivity of moving businesses forwards and in to the light, inspired by their owners (that's you) with additional management expertise and resource from The Capable Manager as and when you need it.
